The guest house is not a place freely open to the public. It is a family welcoming you into their home. There may also be other travelers under the same roof. Therefore, we invite you to enjoy all the living spaces available to you in a spirit of conviviality and respect for everyone’s privacy. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the same spirit, we ask that you not be intoxicated on our premises. We reserve the right to shorten your stay if this rule is not respected, and you will be charged for the full duration.<\/span>\n

The rooms are not intended for laundry, meals, jumping on beds, or cleaning shoes with the bedding. A flat-screen smart TV with TNT (digital terrestrial television) is available to guests in each room; the volume must be kept moderate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guests can also access free Wi-Fi. Illegal downloading is prohibited. <\/span><\/p>\n

While it is customary for guests to tidy up bedding, belongings, and clothes, significant stains will be charged to the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

Valuables (jewelry, multimedia devices, various payment methods, etc.) should not be left in the rooms or in parked vehicles, as the hosts decline all responsibility in case of their disappearance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In compliance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in public areas. The entire establishment, including rooms, is therefore non-smoking. For the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol to individuals under 18 years of age is prohibited. <\/span><\/p>\n

We kindly ask our guests to maintain a decent attire at all times and to be dressed and wearing shoes when moving through common areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and financially assume responsibility for, any damage for which they may be liable.<\/span>
<\/span>Children on the property are under the sole responsibility of their parents and must also respect these rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

The kitchen is not freely available for guests’ use.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reservation becomes effective once the client has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the reservation is for only one night, it becomes effective once the client has sent the owner 100%, or the full payment, for the stay.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dated and signed rental agreement must be returned to the owner as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under no circumstances may the client claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the stay reserved and granted by the owner.<\/span><\/p>\n
