No specific area, however, a ‘Baby Kit’ can be provided for €15.

The house has all the necessary ground-floor amenities in the Béton room for guests with reduced mobility. A parking space is reserved for this purpose at the entrance.
Of course, your bicycles will be stored in our garage.
SPECIFIC USES
Each guest room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet within the room. The bathrooms are equipped with showers.
In addition to your room, you have access to common areas: a living room, a kitchen, the outdoor terrace…
Yes, the house can be used as a gîte; in this case, the kitchen is equipped to host a family meal.
When renting rooms, the price does not include breakfast.
When booking the entire gîte, breakfast is extra.
Instruction manuals for the various household appliances are available upon request. We can also send them to you by email.
The barbecue is available upon request.
Yes, you can park in the enclosed inner area, secured by a gate.

BOOKINGS

If you are a couple, it’s easy.
If you are 3 or more, please call us for details and to find the most suitable solution for your needs.
Any modification is subject to the agreement of Gîtes Au Coeur Du Village and may incur additional charges.
- If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full payment will be retained by Gîtes Au Coeur Du Village, unless the room(s) can be re-rented.
In case of early departure during your stay, full payment will be required by Gîtes Au Coeur Du Village.
Once you have received our confirmation email, the room is reserved for you. For this booking to become final, you must then send us a deposit within 3 working days. Failing this, your booking may be cancelled.
No cancellation insurance is included in our rates; therefore, we recommend that you purchase one.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Rooms are available from 5 PM.
You can collect the key until 9 PM.
If you plan to arrive before 5 PM, please consult us.
We only accept late arrivals by prior arrangement.
Rooms must be vacated by 10 AM so they can be prepared for the next guests.
Yes, generally.
However, please inform us of your arrival time in advance, to allow us to welcome you as best as possible.
In principle, no, but it will depend on our schedule. If the room is ready, we will gladly accommodate you.
No, this leaves us too little time before the arrival of new guests.
PAYMENTS
Yes, it complies with current security standards, and the payment page is entrusted to the leader in online payments.
